APP / EVIDENCE & MONITORING

See Agent Activity. Examine the Evidence.

Independent, source-aware evidence for autonomous actions across systems.

Agent activity is distributed across runtimes, APIs, gateways and external providers. APP brings the relevant observations into an evidence-backed representation that distinguishes established facts from assertions, inferences and unresolved claims. This supports operational oversight, activity reconstruction, independent review and investigations.

Activity Visibility

Observe actions where they cross accessible runtime, gateway, API and provider boundaries. Each observation retains its source, time context and control domain.

Visibility is bounded by what a source can actually establish. An observed request does not by itself establish who ultimately executed it or what happened afterwards.

Evidence Relationships

Identity, delegated authority, intent, execution and outcome are independently evaluable claims. They may be linked by evidence, but are not interchangeable.

Correlation carries its own strength: deterministically linked, corroborated, probabilistically correlated or unresolved. Temporal proximity alone is not proven causality.

Verification States

Evidence states qualify a specific claim, not the entire activity. APP does not collapse separate evidence dimensions into a single generic confidence score.

VERIFIED
Supported by trusted evidence sufficient for the relevant claim.
ASSERTED
Claimed by a participant but not independently established.
INFERRED
Derived from available signals rather than directly observed.
UNRESOLVED
Available evidence is insufficient to establish the state.
CONFLICTED
Trusted evidence sources disagree.
STALE
Previously established state whose current validity can no longer be guaranteed.
REVOKED
Previously valid authority or state that has subsequently been withdrawn.
UNAVAILABLE
Evidence cannot be accessed at the current observation point.

Evidence Receipts

A reviewable record connects activity and observation identifiers to sources, time context, claims, supporting evidence, verification criteria and state history.

Independent review requires access to the relevant evidence and an assessment of source trust, integrity, freshness and claim support. A receipt label alone does not establish verification.

EVIDENCE CONSOLE

14 synthetic activities. Illustrative sources, not live integrations.

No sufficient delegation evidence accompanies the observed request.

The badge applies only to the named claim. Request context is not independent identity proof. No settlement claim is made; absent outcome evidence remains UNAVAILABLE.

Investigation

Additional observations can strengthen an unresolved claim. Conflicting evidence can challenge an earlier conclusion. Revocation changes current validity without erasing the interval when a grant was valid.

Select the revoked tool-permission activity or a conflicted record in the console to examine these changes. Earlier observations remain preserved alongside the later assessment.
